Refund Policy

Our satisfaction guarantee and refund process

At RIDGE Market Intelligence, your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident in the quality of our analysis and back every report with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Every pazar analizi report delivered by RIDGE comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. We believe in the value of our work and want every client to feel confident in their purchase.

This guarantee applies to all service plans:

  • Starter ($59) -- Core pazar analizi
  • Professional ($99) -- Comprehensive analysis
  • Enterprise ($139) -- Full-scope intelligence

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of report delivery to raise any concerns about your analysis. The delivery date is defined as the date on which the completed report is sent to the email address you provided at the time of order.

After the 14-day window has closed, we are unable to process refund requests. We encourage you to review your report promptly upon delivery.

3. Free Revision -- First Step

Before issuing a refund, we offer a free revision to address your concerns. Our revision process works as follows:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery describing what you would like improved or corrected
  • Our analysis team will review your feedback and prepare an updated report
  • The revised report is typically delivered within 3-5 business days
  • There is no additional charge for the revision

We find that the vast majority of concerns are resolved through the revision process, resulting in a report that fully meets the client's expectations.

4. Refund Eligibility

If, after receiving the revised report, you remain unsatisfied, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify for a refund:

  • The refund request must be within the original 14-day window from the initial delivery date
  • You must have first gone through the free revision process (or explicitly declined a revision)
  • The request must be submitted in writing via email

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are processed for the full amount of the purchased plan.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your order
  • The date of your order and report delivery
  • The keyword or niche analyzed in your report
  • A brief explanation of why the report did not meet your expectations

Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and guide you through the next steps.

6. Processing Timeline

Once a refund has been approved, please allow the following for processing:

  • Refund approval confirmation: within 2 business days of request
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days from approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us.
