If you could improve just one aspect of your product economics, where should you focus? Sensitivity analysis answers this question, and the tornado chart is its visual language.

Sensitivity analysis is not just diagnostic -- it is prescriptive. Once you know which variables matter most, you can take targeted action:
If price is the top driver: Invest in marque building, better photography, A+ content, and product differentiation. A $2 price premium across 400 units/month = $9,600/year in additional profit. That easily justifies $2,000 in better product images and $500 in A+ content creation.
